Today we visited the Owens Country Sausage Farm for the first time and we had a great day. The day included feeding the animals, taking a hayride, petting some horses, picking out pumpkins, and eating hot dogs outdoors by the horses. It was a beautiful fall day - we couldn't have asked for better weather.
Carson really enjoyed the baby goats. When he ran out of food, he found other things to feed them - grass, rocks, etc.
Carson had to point out the horse's ears, nose, mouth, etc. that he's learned to say. The problem is that when he points to your eyes he likes to poke them. The poor horse didn't really appreciate that.
We told Carson he could pick out a pumpkin to take home. He brought two back - one for him and one for "baby".
