Changes Around Our House

Well, we are no longer buying formula - he's completely on regular ol' milk (which is nice and less expensive). We just need to break the bottle habit and we'll be doing great. He is now a "walker" and practicing on running. We are noticing that he has quite a temper (not sure where he gets it), but this kid can throw one heck of a fit. He has already learned how to throw himself on the ground and scream bloody murder. He is a very determined child - and doesn't like to be be told "no".

He loves music and loves to dance. Carson has always had a little foot fetish, but now he is OBSESSED with shoes. From the moment he wakes up, he wants his shoes on. We've tried taking the shoes off for naps and it turns into a crying battle so we let him fall asleep with his shoes on and then remove them. It's getting so bad, that if he sees us putting our shoes on he tries to take them off of us so he can wear them. I will admit that I now put my shoes and socks on in my closet to avoid the battle. This is a picture of him in his pajamas, eating breakfast with his shoes on. And, yes he likes my flats, high heels, and Chris's big ol' tennis shoes.
It still seems strange to us to have this little "person" walking around in our house. He acts as though he lives here. I love this video - he's playing with his music table and dances a little.
