First Trip to the Zoo

Carson finally visited the zoo for the first time.  We spent a fabulous fall day at the Ft. Worth Zoo which has to be one of the best in the country.  Our good friend, John, was with us which made the day even better.

I can't decide what Carson enjoyed the most so I'll just post pictures from the day.  We enjoyed watching him feed the parrots and make "roaring" sounds at the lions and tigers.  He mimicked the turtle swimming - flapping his hands back and forth.  We shared our first ice cream cone (he's had ice cream, just not in a cone).  He was so sweet to take a lick and then push it back in my face so "momma lick".  He was going so fast I had a hard time keeping up with him.

We had a GREAT day and can't wait to go back!!
