We had our 9 week appointment today. Got to do a sonogram, but it was very unusual. As I'm laying there for the sono, Carson was sitting on my stomach. (He got scared when he saw the tech "doing stuff" to mommy and he wanted to sit with me.) This sono technician is the same one who did most of Carson's and so she knows us pretty well and knows our story. We all laughed at how far we've come. Here we are looking at baby #2 on the screen with baby #1 sitting on top of me. It was definitely a very surreal moment.
Baby #2 is doing great - heartbeat was 180 and he/she measured right on schedule at 9 weeks 2 days. We go back in 3 weeks for a more in depth sono and hopefully we'll find out if this blueberry is a boy or a girl.
