Last weekend we went up to Tulsa to see my brother, Corey, and his family. His little boy, Coleman, was turning 1 year old so they had a birthday party while we were there. It was lots of fun and we ate some of the best bbq food I've ever had. Corey's brother-in-law smoked a brisket and some pork and brought it down from Kansas. He also made some homemade mustard sauce for the pork that was excellent (in fact we brought the leftovers home).
