Busy, Busy Sunday

(the Colorado Clan forced Carson to sit in this chair - sorry Uncle Craig)

We headed up to Burkburnett, TX for the day to watch my nephew play baseball and to let Carson meet his Aunt Kim. Burkburnett is near Wichita Falls, TX and right on the Oklahoma -Texas border (it's so small that it doesn't even have a Wal-mart!). The ride to Burkburnett was about 2 hours and Carson did great other than one major "blowout" (if you know what I mean). It took 3 people and a whole package of diaper wipes to clean the mess.

Sadly, we didn't get to see Cyler play ball - they had a 4 hour rain delay. Those "crazy" baseball parents saw nothing wrong with playing games until 1 a.m. in the morning. He's coming to Ft. Worth next month though so we'll try again.

After we got home, Chris's nephew Mike and his family came by to visit us for the evening. They were in town to see the Rangers play. Carson LOVED being around Mike and the boys (A.J. and Aaron).
Baseball cap on and ready to watch the games.
Carson finally met his Aunt Kim (the last of the Clayton side) and loved sitting on her lap watching the big boys play ball.

Uncle Mike sure took a liking to Carson - and Carson laughed until he couldn't keep his eyes open anymore.

Mimi kept Carson entertained on the car ride home. (Carson loves his Mimi.)
